Eligibility Criteria for Sainik School Entrance Exam (AISSEE) 2020
The Sainik Schools Society has released eligibility criteria for admission to class 6 and 9 of Sainik Schools. The criteria for qualifying the entrance exam include minimum age, state of residence, requirement for college, etc. In the past only male students studying from a recognized school in class V or VIII were eligible to apply for admission to Sainik Schools. But now girl candidates can also apply for Sainik schools at Bijapur (Karnataka), Chandrapur (Maharashtra), Ghorakal (Uttarakhand), Kalikiri (Andhra Pradesh), and Kodagu (Karnataka). Students applying for the All India Sainik Schools Entrance Examination 2020 (AISSEE) must read the 2020 Sainik School eligibility criteria before filling the application form. The examination conducting authority will reject the non-eligible candidate’s application form.
