BITSAT 2020: The Complete Information

BITSAT 2020 will be presented by the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. This is an entry test at the university level, held annually to give access to different Combined First Degree programs. Candidates will be given entry to B.E, B. Pharm, M.Sc. Programs after the entry exam is passed. Candidates will be admitted to BITS campuses located in Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad. Candidates interested in admission may use online mode to register for the entrance exam of BITSET 2020. The BITSAT 2020 test paper will consist of multiple choice questions. BITSAT2020 exam will be a computer-based online entrance test lasting three hours. The question paper is split into four sections / parts in the BITSAT exam sequence. Portion of the BITSAT 2020 test has questions from various subjects such as Mathematics, Chemistry, English Skills and Logical Reasoning.

Notification of BITSAT 2020

Visit the official BITS website and register for BITSAT 2020 by entering basic personal, educational and contact information in the boxes provided.

Applicants will have to upload their scanned image and signature in the designated format provided by the authorities after entering all the required details.

The final step of the application process for BITSAT 2020 is to submit the application fee.

Eligibility Criteria for BITSAT 2020

Until filling out the application form, candidates seeking admission through BITSAT 2020 must first test the qualification criteria laid down by the examination conducting authority. Candidates who fulfil the BITSAT 2020 eligibility requirements will only be eligible for admission to the BITS campuses–Pilani, Hyderabad, GOA. Interested candidates can check the following extensive eligibility criteria for BITSAT:

Qualifying ExaminationCandidates must have completed their Class 12 from an approved National or State Board.
Qualifying SubjectsCandidates must have completed their Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as mandatory subjects, together with a sufficient level of proficiency in English.
Qualifying MarksCandidates will complete their Class 12 with a total score of 75% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

Admit Card for BITSAT 2020

The BITSAT 2020 Admission Card will be issued by the Examining Authority via the official BITS Admission website. Officials launch the BITSAT Hall Ticket in the second week of April 2020. The BITSAT 2020 Admission Card is a mandatory document that candidates need to show in order to enter the Exam Hall. The admission card contains details such as the candidate’s name, exam centre, examination time and date, and many other important information.

  Eligibility Criteria for BITSAT Exam

For admission to any of the First Degree programmes of BITS except B.Pharm:  Candidates should have passed the 12th/10 + 2 program/exam from a recognised Central or State Board or its counterpart in Physics, Chemistry and Math (PCM) and satisfactory English language skills.
 For admission to B.Pharm: Applicants should have completed the 12th exam of the 10 + 2 program by a recognised Central or State Board or equivalent in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) and appropriate English language skills.

Exam Pattern of BITSAT 2020

The official examination pattern for BITSAT 2020 will be released by BITS Pilani. Applicants are advised to check the BITSAT 2020 test pattern in order to get familiar with the process of attempting the exam. The BITSAT exam pattern 2020 will consist of details of the examination, such as mode, duration, total number of questions, etc.
